02 — Sleeping
Three bedrooms
Villa Sjøsiden sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and one upstairs. The beds are a 150 cm double, a 120 cm bed and two 80 cm beds upstairs that can be kept apart or put together. Please note that the 120 cm bed is fairly narrow for two adults.

A travel cot is available. The bedrooms have blackout curtains. Steep stairs lead up to the upstairs bedroom.

Bathroom & shower
The cabin has a shower and an easy-to-use Cinderella incinerating toilet. An incinerating toilet works a little differently from an ordinary one, and clear instructions are provided at the cabin.
Hot water comes from a 90-litre tank — with a larger group it helps to spread showers out over the day.

05 — Outdoors
The fjord begins in the garden
The large terrace looks out over the fjord, and the private shoreline is just a few steps away. You can swim, fish straight from the shore and step into nature right from the property.

- Booking periods
- In high season, stays are mainly booked by the week, usually with Saturday as the changeover day. Outside the season the cabin is rented per night.
- Payment
- Booking deposit €250. The final payment is due 14 days before the stay begins. The rental agreement can be sent for electronic signing via Visma Sign.
- Linen & towels
- Guests generally bring their own bed linen and towels.
- Final cleaning
- Guests generally take care of the final cleaning and leave the cabin tidy.
- Pets
- Pets by agreement.
- Toilet
- The cabin has a Cinderella incinerating toilet. Instructions are provided at the cabin.
